The Forever Cutting Board
Two goals achieved with this product. (1) - Less germs - No handles, feet, open wood grain, or grooves where germs can hide. This is the classic two sided cutting board. (2) The last cutting board you’ll need to buy. When it gets worn through years of use just send it back and we’ll resurface it and freshen it up. Minimal labor charge plus shipping.
The sizes are based on Fibonacci’s Golden Rectangle. Our full set of three comes with a black silicone mat to catches juices, crumbs, and keep the board stable. Finished with mineral oil and beeswax, made with 1-1/2” thick edge grain Hard Maple. Large rounded edges makes cleaning a sinch and allows you to pick up the board without handles.
Large - 12” x 19.4” x 1.5” (perfect for large cuts of meat, canning prep, or serving family style)
Medium - 10” x 16.2” x 1.5” (perfect for French bread, steaks, burgers, poultry)
Small - 8” x 12.9” x 1.5” (perfect for fruits and veggies, banana bread, and fits like a glove on top of a Traeger Smoker Hopper)
